John Muller brings more than 40 years of leadership experience in security consulting, protective services, and operational management across Southeast Asia.

Throughout his career, he has co-owned and managed some of the region's largest security companies, delivering protective services for international dignitaries, government officials, business leaders, and high-profile public figures.

His distinguished clientele has included former U.S. President George H.W. Bush, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton, Richard Gere, and Neil Armstrong.

Mr. Muller began his career with U.S. Army MACV Special Operations during the Vietnam War and later served as a Department of Defense Security Officer at Pine Gap, Australia. He subsequently achieved the rank of Captain in the Washington State Guard.

Between 1991 and 1993, he supported United Nations missions in Cambodia (UNMIC and UNTAC), providing logistics and protective services during a pivotal period in the country's history.

Laline Hay serves as Chief Operating Officer of Global Security Solutions Co., Ltd., overseeing the company's day-to-day operations, strategic execution, and technology transformation initiatives.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning information technology, telecommunications, logistics, and security operations, he plays a key role in advancing the organization's operational excellence and innovation agenda.

As COO, Mr. Hay leads initiatives focused on AI-powered security systems, cybersecurity solutions, and next-generation integrated security technologies, helping position GSS at the forefront of modern security services.

Prior to his current role, he held leadership positions across telecommunications, site acquisition, airport operations, and electronic security systems.

He successfully managed secure storage and transportation operations for high-value cargo throughout the Asia-Pacific region in collaboration with G4S international logistics partners, ensuring compliance, security, and operational efficiency across complex supply chains.
