About the role
Supervises daily cleaning, grounds, and maintenance crews on enterprise client sites.
You will supervise crews delivering daily cleaning, grounds, and facility care at institutional client sites, holding presentation standards through checklists, audits, and consistent client reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and audit cleaning and grounds teams
- Maintain service schedules and client reporting
- Liaise with client representatives
- Ensure presentation standards
Requirements
- Prior supervisory experience
- Operational discipline and reliability
- Khmer fluency; English communication a plus
