About the role
Operator at the GSS central monitoring station, supervising CCTV, alarm, and access events across client sites.
You will work inside the GSS command center, supervising camera feeds, alarm signals, and access events across client sites — the technical heart of the GSS security operation.
Responsibilities
- Continuous review of client CCTV feeds
- Verify and act on alarm signals
- Dispatch standby response units
- Document events and prepare client reports
Requirements
- Strong attention and shift discipline
- Comfortable with computer systems
- English literacy required
- Prior security or operations experience preferred
